I like the filter location inside the unit, at a height where I don’t have to bend down every time to change it. I like that the water dispenser is outside, so my kids don't have to open the fridge anytime they need water. The height of the watet dispenser is a plus, it makes it easy to fill tall glads and pitchers. I highly recommend this fridge!

First noticed that it fit like a glove and somehow it didn’t stick out as much as the old one. Its more of a modern look with sharp lines. This setup compared to the side by side, holds more items. Fridge space is a premium and this has plenty. Its very well lit, so you can see most of your items in plain sight. There is also plenty of space for the freezer side. Pairing with my SmartThings app was simple. Now I can get an alert for new filters needed, or if the door is ajar. I can also set the temperatures. Im enjoying the layout much better than a side by side fridge.

We love the 3 different ice options and the ease of use through the smart things app to control different settings (lighting, temp, alerts, etc.). The ice dispenser in the freezer can be turned off during sleep hours, otherwise it can be quite loud and startling when it drops the ice. The app will also notify you if you left the door open for too long. We got the counter depth and it fits perfectly and has plenty of storage. Overall we love it!

The new Samsung unit offers much more space (29.5 cu. ft. vs 25.5 cu ft.) with a slightly smaller footprint AND has a logical layout inside the refrigeration compartment. The motor is super quiet and the only thing we hear is the icemaker dumping out its product. With WiFi, you can configure the fridge and temperatures, plus adding a schedule for the icemaker to be off at night. Recommend that purchasers use the "Turbo" feature when the unit is first installed to bring the interiors down to desired temperatures as quickly as possible. We also love the zero-clearance door feature.

There are some great features that this fridge has that really stand out. First of all, it has a large capacity and I am able to neatly organize all the items I store in it. I also really appreciate the external water dispenser which is tall enough to accommodate all water bottles, including my gigantic sports bottle. And finally, there is plenty of ice made with this unit so I don’t have to worry about ever running out. Overall very pleased and so far it’s been very dependable to keep everything nice and cool on top and frozen in the freezer.

The Samsung refrigerator fits in the same 36” space as our old 18 cf fridge. In our location we are against a side wall and a door casing so we selected the swing free clear model. The in door ice and water works great as does the ice storage tray for cubed ice in the bottom freezer section. The refrigerator is very quiet and the freezer and refrigerator sections maintain good temperatures. A frozen pizza can be placed flat in the freezer section unlike the side by side model that has no width to lay a pizza flat. Shelving is adjustable for larger product and containers to fit, and the door storage trays are great for condiments and milk.

It did take 24 hours for the fridge to produce Ice but when it did I found it worked well and produced enough ice for our needs. What I thought was a needed improvement is where the water dispenser catches on the bottom, it is just a shelf versus a catch with grate as compared to previous fridges that have a catch. Water does get everywhere when dispensing which is the only downside.

A huge glaring design defect is that the shelf spacing won’t hold standard size items such as a wine bottle or soda bottle. The result is that one is forced to store opened bottles in the door to avoid leaks. Only 5/16” additional spacing between shelves would have made the difference! Poor field-testing. So far I’m happy. Going to reserve judgment on the spring-loaded center seal between the French doors; a likely place for air leaks.

Cooling is good. Found that doors need a bit more push to clos compared to what I am used to, but it's not a big deal. We Top icemaker takes too much room, but maybe we need to get used to the new layout compared to that LG. Overall the appliance works as intended. There is nothing wrong with its design or performance of intended function (we had it for 10 days now).l

The French door design is fantastic, and the side door bins are perfect for organizing condiments and smaller items. I also love how easy it is to access and replace the water filter. The glass shelves are a major upgrade over the plastic ones in our previous fridge and feel much more durable. Additionally, the wide storage drawers make it incredibly easy to see exactly what we have on hand. The freezer is just as impressive: the deep compartments allow me to neatly separate meats on one side and vegetables on the other, while the top sliding drawer makes it super convenient to reach treats like ice cream. Best of all, the smudge-proof finish is a lifesaver—I no longer have to constantly wipe away messy fingerprints!

I love the firm but light weight doors that are sturdy but easy for my younger children to open without struggling. The zero turn door feature is exactly what we needed for our smaller kitchen and we couldn’t be happier with the fridge and how it matches our other appliances. One of my favorite things about the freezer is the pizza pocket!

I’m beyond frustrated with the refrigerator I purchased one year ago. There was a spill on the bottom shelf. The owners manual doesn’t explain how to remove this shelf. Fortunately, I found a tutorial on YouTube. However, the process requires using 2 opposing screwdrivers on the pedestal of the shelf. Needless to say, it was extremely difficult. But that wasn’t the end! Once the shelf is released the glass must be removed by pressing the tabs in ON THE BACK of the glass. This was no easy task either. My husband used needle nosed pliers unsuccessfully and then a third sized screw driver. This BEYOND frustrating experience took an hour to complete. I would love an explanation of why this is such a complicated process. I will certainly NEVER buy another refrigerator without a full inspection of how to clean it.

The only problem is that every time someone gets crushed ice from the door it leaks a few drops of water which settles in catch tray. I am constantly wiping up water. I figured out it is not leaking from the water dispenser but from crushed ice hanging in the shoot and constantly melting and dripping. I do not know how to fix this.

I didn’t think I’d enjoy the ice maker in the bottom freezer drawer since there was one in the door but I’ve grown to appreciate that feature. This refrigerator is a tiny bit bigger than my previous one but it has ample space inside and once installed the refrigerator was cool within about 30-45 minutes. The stainless steel finish is nice giving it an amazing look to it. The smaller crisper drawer has been a lifesaver, it’s kept my produce fresher and has made it easier to get to them as well. For a family of seven this has been a lifesaver giving ample space as well as organization inside of the refrigerator. I really like that the water filter for the refrigerator is located between the two bigger crisper drawers making it extremely easy to replace.

It has a two-door opening for the refrigerator and it is very roomy now able to put trays of food on a shelf and it is very well laid out. There are three shelves and Three drawers in the refrigerator portion... So plenty of room to stay organized... I also like where the water filter is positioned. It is in the middle of the fridge and very easy to access unlike our last fridge. The freezer is on the bottom which is new to me but I like it. It has sliding partitions so that you can also stay extremely organized. The water on the door is also a plus and it has several different modes for making ice which is very convenient... We do have a large family and sometimes need ice for several people... I also like that it does not stick out very far from the counter depth. This one is much worse steam lined than the last two refrigerators that I had. It works great and it looks great. Very happy with our purchase!

With such frequent use we are impressed with how the ice maker keeps up with our high demand! Overall, it feels like one of those upgrades that actually improves daily life. It’s stylish, practical, and thoughtfully designed. Definitely worth it if you want something that looks great and performs just as well. As my toddler says everytime he looks inside… WOW!!

I bought it for my wife because she was always complaining of how the old fridge didn't have enough space. Now we literally had to extra shop just to fill it up. Its very spacious and has many compartments but I truly love the veggie and fruit drawers. It has a compartment to keep everything fresh and truly appreciate Samsung putting the filter in the front making it easy to change. The fridge was cold and ready after about 2 hours of plugging in it which was impressive and I love the extra ice compartment in the bottom freezer. The water on the door comes out really cold and I appreciate the tall compartment to fill up my water bottles with ice and water. The freezer is also great and fits a good amount of meats and things so I am happy with it. I think the best part is the AI smart option letting you connect it to your phone to manage it and get the best options for the temperature and most cost efficient energy use. I love Samsung products but this is definitely one of my favorites so far.

Was great at first, then the ice maker starts to get very spastic on when it wants to work if at all. And Samsung cares not at all once it’s out of warranty. Don’t waste your money if you plan on wanting to keep it past a year.

The adjustable shelves make it easy to fit taller items (like pitchers, or juice bottles for example), and the drawers keep produce fresh and easily accessible. I also love how bright the interior lighting is, it sounds minor, but it actually makes a difference when you’re digging around for something. That said, it’s not perfect. The fingerprint resistance is decent, but not amazing—especially if you’ve got kids or you’re in and out of the fridge all day. I still find myself wiping it down more often than I expected. Also, the ice maker works fine, but it’s not the fastest, so if you go through a lot of ice, you might notice that. The freezer space is pretty generous and it is nice having the ice container as well as the ice maker in door of the fridge. Overall though, I’d definitely recommend it. It’s stylish, practical, and feels like a real upgrade from a standard fridge. The little annoyances are just that—little—and don’t take away from how well it performs day to day.
